The first 40 km is asphalt to Okhotskoye, with a stop on the promenade. Then a dirt road and sandy coast. Viewpoints at lakes Tunaicha and Izmenchivoye. A short walk past Pogranichnik rock to the arch and bird colonies at Cape Ptichiy. Cape Velikan has a steep rope climb and a forest trail; we return by a different path for photos with kekurs (sea stacks).
