Public offer (summary)
KOSMOS LLC (ООО «КОСМОС») sells adventure tours on Sakhalin. Sending a booking with the offer checkbox ticked accepts these terms.

Prepayment is 30% of the booking; the rest is due at pickup unless the confirmation says otherwise. Cancel more than 7 days before the trip — full refund of the prepayment. 3–7 days — 50%. Under 3 days or a no-show — the prepayment is not refunded unless we agree otherwise in writing.
If we cancel or postpone because of weather or safety, you get 100% of the prepayment back or a new date. We usually decide the evening before (by 20:00 UTC+11) and write to you.
