Public offer (summary)
KOSMOS LLC (ООО «КОСМОС») sells adventure tours on Sakhalin. Sending a booking with the offer checkbox ticked accepts these terms.

Prepayment is 30% of the booking; the rest is due at pickup unless the confirmation says otherwise. You may cancel at any time under art. 32 of the Russian Consumer Rights Protection Act (law 2300-1) and art. 782 of the Civil Code; we keep only the costs already incurred. In practice we apply a fixed scale: more than 7 days before the trip — full refund of the prepayment; 3–7 days — 50%; under 3 days or a no-show — no refund.
If we cancel or postpone because of weather or safety, you get 100% of the prepayment back or a new date — art. 14 of federal law 132-FZ on tourism. We usually decide the evening before (by 20:00 UTC+11) and write to you. Refunds go out within 10 days of your request (art. 31 of law 2300-1) to the same account you paid from.
