Questions managers get most
How many days ahead should I book?
In summer, Moneron and Aniva Lighthouse — 2–3 weeks; seats go early. Snowmobile trips can often be taken 2–3 days ahead, and on weekdays even same-day.
What if the weather turns?
If we cancel — we refund 100% or move to a convenient date. We decide the evening before and write in the messenger at once.
Do you work with companies?
Yes. We issue an invoice and send closing documents by e-document flow. Corporate groups from 8 people have separate programmes.
Can we bring children?
On sea trips — from 6, on snowmobiles as a passenger — from 10, driving — from 18 with a category A licence. Kids' life jackets and gear are available.
