KOSMOS LLC (ООО «КОСМОС») processes guest data in Russia under Federal Law 152-FZ: website enquiries, bookings, trip participant lists (including passport data for the border zone) and optional Yandex Metrica cookies.

Purposes, data, legal bases and retention
This page is a short summary for international guests. It is not a translation of the full policy and does not replace it.
We collect only what is needed to answer a request, perform a tour contract, issue insurance or a border-zone pass, and — if you accept analytics cookies — to understand which tours people view. We do not run advertising networks.
Legal basis: consent for website forms and analytics; contract and law for bookings and participant data. Storage: enquiries up to 12 months or until withdrawn; booking and tax records as required by Russian law (typically 5+ years); passport scans for the border zone — tour date + 30 days, then deletion.
